Our story
Alstar Innovations OPC Pvt Ltd was incorporated in Pune in 2020 and is recognised under the Government of India’s Startup India programme (DPIIT). We started with a simple problem: people managing diabetes could not reliably buy genuine continuous glucose monitors, glucometers and strips with a proper invoice, delivered on time, anywhere in India.
We fixed that first. Thousands of orders later, we supply patients, clinics and hospitals across the country, and we are building Alstar Care so that doctors can see their patients’ numbers between visits instead of waiting for the next appointment.
Our goal
Our goal is to raise India’s health outcomes through innovation that ordinary families can afford. We focus on early detection, because most of the damage from diabetes and hypertension happens quietly, between appointments. Catch it early and act on it daily, and the cost to the patient, in money and in years, falls.
We stay close to the patient’s journey: the first diagnosis, the daily readings, the refill that must not run out, the doctor who needs the full picture. Each of those moments is where a small, well-made tool changes the outcome.
How we move the health index
A country’s health index comes down to a few outcomes: how long people live, how many adults die before their time, and how much of what a household earns goes to healthcare. We work on the levers behind those numbers.

Continuous monitoring shows a problem before it becomes an emergency, so treatment starts sooner and costs less.
Make it affordable
Genuine consumables at fair prices with a GST invoice, so nobody rations strips or sensors.
